How do I earn comps?

It’s easy to get rewarded while you play. At the tables, just hand your Players’ Club Card to the dealer before your session begins — your comps will build based on your average bet and length of play. On slots or video poker, insert your card before you spin. When the bezel glows green, you’re earning comps.

Where do I check my comp balance?

You’re never far from your balance. Visit any kiosk on property and select the My Account screen, or check the Treasure Bay App or Player Portal whenever it’s convenient.

What can comps be used for?

Comps can be applied toward dining, hotel stays, and shopping in the Gift Boutique. They cannot be used for gratuities and do not have a cash value.

How do I redeem comps?

Redeeming is simple. At any Treasure Bay restaurant or in the Gift Boutique, show your Players’ Club Card with a valid ID, enter your PIN, and your comps are applied instantly.
