To access the portal including your available comp, Tier Credits year-to-date, Point Balance, or available offers—or to download Win/Loss or W-2G statements, please enter your Player ID and PIN. After five incorrect attempts, your portal access will be locked for five days. For questions or assistance, please contact Player Services at 228.385.6201.
